The lines between the two often get blurred. My role as a leadership effectiveness expert is to decide, define and create solutions to help leaders become change agents within their company.For some organisations, this may focus on creating programmes that enable leaders to deliver effective coaching conversations themselves, whilst for others, I need to be the coach in the room.
Every organisation is different – what will move the dial forward for one might not for the next.
It’s my role to lead as the consultant in that situation to analyse the context and create the space to move forward for them.
