NewlandRock was born from a turning point—a moment when career certainty was upended, presenting an unexpected opportunity to reshape the future. Our founder, with a career spanning over two decades in talent strategy and leadership consulting, faced a pandemic-induced corporate restructure that led to a profound reassessment of direction and purpose. Instead of stepping back into the familiar world of top-tier consulting, she chose to forge a new path—one that would allow her to shape leadership development in a way that truly made a difference.
With a strong background in leadership consulting, including time at Korn Ferry, our founder brought a wealth of experience in talent strategy and leadership effectiveness to NewlandRock.
What began as a personal and professional reinvention has grown into a thriving business with a global client base spanning established multinational brands, professional services, Magic Circle firms, and fast-growing start-ups.

Kate’s career has spanned multiple geographies and sectors, spending significant time supporting organisations undergoing transformation and growth at pace including several years at Korn Ferry.
As a leadership effectiveness expert, she brings a wealth of knowledge to clients, combining best practice theory with innovative approaches to behavioural change and practical business application. This ensures transformational change is experienced and embedded longer term.
