NewlandRock provides human capital related services. This includes but is not limited to leadership effectiveness, leadership development and assessment, HR/business advisory and executive coaching.

For assessment a client may request demographic information to be included within the project reporting. For instance, for services relating to diversity and inclusion agendas we may include demographic questions on: gender, race, age or ethnicity.
If necessary, we will ask for information regarding your physical health for accessibility purposes.
Please do not provide us with any Personal Information if you do not agree with this Policy.
We may collect personal data about you directly or from public sources such as LinkedIn or similar sites, company websites and word of mouth referrals and recommendations.
Personal Information about you may also come from our clients to whom we provide Services. These clients may be your employer or an organisation with which you are seeking employment.

As defined under GDPR, NewlandRock is a data controller. This relates to the way in which we work with our clients and with you.
Where a client has requested we provide a leadership consulting service to them which relates to you, this service will always be commissioned by our client with your knowledge and agreement. This service may be in relation to assessment (for recruitment or development), coaching, workshops, psychometrics or other leadership consulting services.
At the beginning of our engagement, we will ask for basic information like contact details. During an assessment process you will be asked, verbally, to share personal and career history. We will also ask you to complete psychometric profiling tests.
Your assessment report will make recommendations to our client about your potential and/or development profile. Your psychometric profiling data will form part of an overall assessment by the consultant. This assessment report is developed individually by the consultant and is not automated. This report may be included to your coaching schedule and shares with the selected coach as discovery information to ensure a relevant coaching contract is created.
Whenever your record appears in an analysis from our benchmarking database, this will be in aggregated and anonymised form, and you will not be identifiable by the recipient of such an analysis.
We will only keep your personal data for as long as we need to fulfil our client obligations or our legal requirements.
The basis for holding your personal data is determined by NewlandRock’s contractual obligations and where there is a legitimate business interest. We will also hold the data when you have provided us with your consent to do so, either directly or through the client we serve. If you withdraw consent and request to be removed then this will be completed immediately.
We will only share your personal data with clients who have a working relationship with NewlandRock. Our international client base includes, but is not limited to: retail, consumer, technology, financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical and biotech.
